Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation (Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu) is an isekai anime adaptation in the Drama, Fantasy, and comedy genres. Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation follows the story of an unemployed 34-year-old man. Following the death of his parents, he decides that it’s time to turn over a new leaf and change his life. Instead, he is run over by a bus. Reincarnated in a new world as a baby, Rudeus Greyrat takes every opportunity to live the life he has always wanted. With new friends, some recently acquired magical abilities, and the courage to do the things he always dreamed of, he embarks on an adventure – with all his knowledge from previous lives.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is based on a light novel series. Originally started as a web series, in late 2012, the show gained popularity. Following its success, it was acquired by Kadokawa. The novels ranked at #8 in 2019 and the manga had a combined print total of 2.2 million copies in Japan as of October 2018.
Because of its increasing popularity, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation was announced to air as anime television series on October 19, 2019. The anime series premiered in January 2021. Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed both the light novel series.
The ecchi Isekai adaptation is directed by Manabu Okamoto (GAMERS!), and StudioBind, Kazutaka Sugiyama created the character designs.
Parrot Analytics has found that the audience demand for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is 7.6 times the demand of the average TV series in the United States. It was voted as the best anime of the Fall 2021 Season.
It currently holds an 8.36/10 rating from almost 400k voters on MyAnimeList.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Release Date
The first season of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation began airing on January 11, 2021, after 12 episodes were broadcast on TV. The season concluded on December 20th, 2021. The overwhelmingly positive response to the anime series was followed by a fresh release of a video game and movie.
Sugoi LITE, the anime news, tweeted that both season 2 and season 3 of ‘Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation are already in the works. The Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation team has officially announced in the screeing event that Season 2 was officially confirmed and set to be in production on March 6, 2022. An announcement was later shared on the anime’s official Twitter and official website.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is one of the most anticipated anime of this year and there is a good chance that the new season will air as soon as 2023 at the latest.

As the first season ended with a twist the second season will pick up with Rudius who travels alone and arrives in Rosenberg to find his mother. But he seems to have failed to divert his attention from the absence of the people around him he walks down a dangerous boat and we can see that Rudium himself is accepting an a-class job.

Fans can expect most of their favorite characters to return once again. Rudeus is voiced by Japanese Voice actor Yumi Uchiyama from Overlord, Ai Kakuma will play Eris Boreas Greyrat, Roxy is voiced by Konomi Kohara, and Ruijerd is voiced by Daisuke Namikawa. we can expect Toshiyuki Morikawa and Hisako Kanemoto to voice roles of Paul and Zenith Greyrat. In addition, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation fans can expect a couple of new characters to arrive as seen in the manga.
